You are wonderfully made. That is thanks to God, not a filter. Years, weight, lines, what the mirror says — worth does not sit there. He delights in you. Care for the body as a gift, do not hate it as a fault. You may rest from other people’s eyes, and from your own.
I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well.

When comparison hits: thank God for one thing about how you are made — without polishing it.

How you can live it
When you feel like a burden: you are someone to delight in. Receive that.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life.

God loved the world so that he gave Jesus. Anyone who believes shall not perish, but have eternal life. Love is an action, not only a feeling.
How you can live it
When you doubt that you are enough: read the verse with your name in it. The love has already happened for your sake.

God, thank you that I am made by you. Teach me to see myself with your eyes. Amen.
